About Sheila (Braciak) VanZile:
 Sheila E. VanZile is founder of Watermark Insurance Services at 6660 Old 28th Street SE in Cascade. Sheila has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry from the insurance carrier, broker and agency perspectives.
Launched in late 2004, Watermark Insurance Services implements her vision for a concierge approach to the business, serving as personal insurance advisor and resource for each client. The agency offers a comprehensive selection of personal property and casualty insurance services, including homes, autos, boats, collections, and umbrella; the focus is on competitive pricing supported by impeccable service. Life and business insurance products are also available.
VanZile's extensive insurance industry experience spans 25+ years in management and leadership with profit and loss accountability within the property/casualty insurance industry, including sales, marketing, distribution, and underwriting disciplines. Sheila led and managed insurance company operations at the local, regional and national level. This included Regional Insurance Services Practice Leader (Midwest Region) for Marsh USA, Regional Vice President (Western/Northern Michigan Branch) for Citizens Insurance Company, and senior management positions with CNA Companies throughout the Midwest.
VanZile, as founder and resident Queen (yes, this is the title on one version of her business card), is enthusiastic about the company. “I achieved what I wanted to on the corporate side,” VanZile said, “This, heading out on my own, has been an exciting challenge. I really enjoy working so closely with my clients to help them make informed choices about protecting their assets, as well as saving them money.”
VanZile serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts, the Cascade Community Foundation ,and the Cascade Business Association. She earned her BA degree in Economics from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She resides in Cascade and has one grown son.

About Suzette Foll:
Suzette Foll joined Watermark Insurance in 2006, bringing over 10 years of personal insurance customer service experience to the agency.
A native of West Michigan, she has worked in independent insurance agencies throughout her career, and particularly enjoys working with high net worth individuals. Her background in personal insurance includes sales, service, and claim handling.
“Joining Watermark Insurance was an easy decision for me, because it allows me to establish a more personal relationship with our clients than most independent agencies. And, since we are focused on service, I have the opportunity to assist our clients for all of their needs – from writing their first policy to assisting them with their claim service needs. One stop shopping for our clients means job enrichment for me.”
Suzette earned a political science degree in 1996 from Calvin College. She and her husband, Rob, reside in Ada with their two young sons (and a couple of chickens).
